I was fortunate enough to catch one of the last days at the Bay on Friday. A NNW swell filled in early Friday morning and caught it early afternoon. Tide was maxing at 3pm and it swamped it out pretty good. Just missed the magic by a couple hours as mid morning with the tide push, some were claiming 4' sets rolling through.
